Burke Lakefront Airport is the home of our first base of operations, the Cleveland base. Burke is close to our primary hospitals for quicker ground transports. It's also less congested than the majors. Both fixed wing and rotary wing are based in Cleveland, with many cities nearby, plus Lake Erie (we service the islands and assist the Coast Guard in lake rescue operations).
